Chapters
Chapters for the fast-growing Celts are being granted to member groups of five or more members.
Groups must elect officers, adopt the Constitution and by-laws,
apply for chapter charter by letter requesting same,
Then follow the Mission Statement once chartered.
No Chapter fees are incurred.
Chapters are numbered sequentially by Countries (USA-01, CAN-14, etc) and by State or Province starting with the number 11 (FL-011, WI-011) because the first ten numbers are retired to the Ten Founders. So the First Chapter, Dunedin, is FL-011, USA-01.
